1. Targeted Odor Assessment ($89 Flat Rate)

For non-microbial or specific localized odors. This assessment is designed for the most common issues homeowners face: smoke and pet odors. Instead of spending money on masking products that do not work, this $89 diagnostic finds the source and determines what is affected.

Common Odors Addressed:

Smoke: Tobacco, wood smoke or fire-related odors.
Animal Contamination: Pet urine, waste or dander.
Chemical/Material: Off-gassing from new carpet, paint or construction materials.
Mystery Odors: Sharp, sweet or acrid smells with no obvious origin.

💡 Assessment Credit: If you choose to proceed with the recommended odor removal services after the evaluation, a $50 credit from the assessment will be applied toward the total cost of the service.

2. Microbial & Moisture Odors (Musty/Mildew)

If you are experiencing musty, damp or "mildew-like" smells, these are typically tied to moisture and microbial activity. These odors are evaluated as part of a Certified Indoor Health Assessment to identify the moisture drivers and the extent of any mold growth.

Animal odors from urine, waste or dander are more than just surface issues. When pet accidents occur, the organic compounds saturate carpet, padding, subflooring and even baseboards.

Why DIY Treatments Fail: Most retail enzyme cleaners only address the top layer of the material. As the building’s humidity and temperature fluctuate, the reservoirs trapped in the subfloor or drywall continue to off-gas, causing the smell to return indefinitely.
